This virtual event, three days, 20-hour start-up workshop is designed to train new entrepreneurs with essential information to help navigate the challenges and requirements of launching a new business enterprise. Specifically tailored for entrepreneurs, it serves as a robust training ground, equipping you with essential insights and helping you to adeptly navigate the intricate landscape of launching a new business venture. Led by experienced professionals, this workshop will profile 7 community business resources and walk participants through 15 business topics including: customer delivery, business model canvas/business plan development, Forms of Organization, Business Assessment and Planning, Commercial Credit and Credit Considerations, Accounting terms and Software Options, Payroll/HR, Marketing, Business Resources etc.
Our workshop is approved and in alignment with the NYS DOL/SEAP training requirements and ensures the quality of the program and relevance within the industry.
